Alright, now for the actual post:

First off I want to say that I am sorry for all those that are suffering due to the storms devastation. We were lucky here but only barely, and for this I am very thankful. 

Second I want to say I am thankful for #Twizards out there, because you all rock, and make this community awesome. I am sorry that some of you are being used as a way to make someone elses blog look good. I just hope that they stop, and if they ever copy anything from myself or Z, or even Grace, you can bet I will be pressing that button at the top of their blog that says "report abuse" and follow the prompt all the way to copyright violation. It's pretty sad they are doing this because they are "too lazy" their words, not mine, to post their own work.

Thirdly, I will talk about Wintertusk. Am definitely loving the world, the land and the story line. However, playing on TR only makes me sad, because I have two items on TR that I would love to have in LR but can't afford to have. That is the life amulet, for Kieran, and the lifeforce blade, for Kieran as well. I also bought some mega snacks to see possible talents my Spineyfish will manifest. Oh how I wish! It's going to take me forever to get him to Epic LOL. I probably wont get it done until well after my subscription to Wizard101 has expired, eek. That is for sure. Not to mention, I don't want to get bored of the world before I get to play it on Live.

Wizard101 Farming and Simming on the Side

So, to deal with the grinding of Wizard101 farming, and questing (yes it's all pretty much grinding any more since we've gotten at least one character to Legendary, as well as others pretty high in level) we, Zaolan, Grace and I, have been playing the Sims2 on the side. Or more so, Z and I, playing The Sims Life Stories, and Grace, The Sims Pet Stories. Though, Grace has only been playing hers a few days now. I on the other hand, have been playing the Sims since the very first game ever. And have been a huge fan of them. It is probably my favorite game of all time. As far as non MMORPG games go, Or RPG games to be more precise. I think we can guess what would be my favorite MMORPG. :P

Made Master Artisan finally on Adrian. Woot, go me. Suri snagged the title along side him as you can see. That was Z turning in Suri's quest. Need to finish that quest on Ryan soon, but haven't really felt like reagent hunting. Adrian should have his GM Artisan badge as soon as he has access to the Portico to go pearl hunting. Don't really feel like doing it on Kieran, lol.

Suprise Bundle for Me

So as blogged about before, yes my birthday wasn't too long ago, and yes I was content with not being able to get anything this year as a present, since times are tough, but low and behold...a couple days after my birthday I got a message from Nins, aka Grace Dreamhaven, to sign out of my game and back in right away. I was like, um, okay? 

So, I did, but then I had to get back off (didn't even log in to a char) because I needed to go do something real quick for Z on another game. Then, as I was about to log in to wiz, I decided I was too hungry, so I again closed it, and went down stairs to cook food. 

Finally, about 1.5 hours later, I get back in front of the computer, sign in to wizard to find a gift box on the left of my screen! Gasp! Mega gasp when I look to see it's the contents of the EPIC BUNDLE CARD!!!!11!ONE

Short and Sweet

This post is going to be verrry short. Why? Because I spent all my free time playing on wiz, farming, questing, etc etc, and now I am just too tired to actually write out the post that I was going to for today. I had planned on writing a blog post in my baby wizards eyes, Fallon Moon, sorcerer. Since, she leveled up to 18, and received her quest to get her minion. But, I'm too tired, like I said. Getting sick, more so am sick, with a cold, and I'm praying it doesn't turn in to another infection, because I really don't want to go back to the hospital.

MIA -Sorry!

Z and I have been MIA, both on blogger/twitter and ITS! I know, sad, but true. We hope to be back and posting normally by New Years. We've been busy with family, etc due to the past and coming holidays. My mom (who I haven't seen since my most recent move back to where I'm at) is visiting, and she brought my puppy! I'm so excited to see her! Well, both of them of course, but you have to understand. I raised this puppy from age 7 weeks. It was just me and her. She was/is very attached to me.

I left my puppy back home, with my mother and grandmother, because my grandmother was illish and my puppy helped with her health. She really did. She lowered my grandmothers cholesterol, and BP by a significant amount. And for almost two years my grandmother was doing real well. Much better. But, sadly, a couple months ago, she had a severe stroke, which resulted in a weeks battle for my grandmothers health, and ended in her passing. RIP Nan, you are missed sorely. *Pausing for a moment of silence*

This is muh puppeh, Starlite. Clickie the pic to see a bigger image. She is the best dog in the world, and the best trained chihuahua ever. The vets are impressed with her even. I worked real hard with her when she was little, and now it's hard to believe she's almost three years old! Time flies, time flies. Crazy times at that. For all that follow our twitter, you might remember us talking about our fish Dhani, the goldfish that had gotten sick. Well, he's doing much better. Thank you all for your kind words of support. I close this blog post with a picture of him. Remember, pets aren't just animals, they are friends, and if you're lucky, they can be the best friend you will have.

Hybrids Galore and a bit of a surprise!

So many successful attempts at hatching for hybrids! Very exciting. I still need to hatch Adrian's Ice Colossus with Suri's Helephant to get the Helephant version of the mix, but this is what I got on the first try. Cool, huh? He's awesome. Suri did however get the Ice Helephant thing, I can't remember the name. My bad, haha.



Two attempts with Ryan's Orthus and Kieran's Stormzilla, both a sucess! Mythzilla and Tempest Hound! So awesome! Very exciting. I'm waiting to hatch with Adrian's Colossus' and Ryan's Orthus' currently. I have enough gold, but I'm holding on to it in case Celestia goes live soon and the new mounts are available in gold, as well as crowns.

Ryan, with the Tempest Hound. It is unbelievable. Loving the colors. Notice anything different about Ryan's look?? Yes, that's right, she hit GRANDMASTER three days ago! Woot! Lol. Both her and her twin brother reached the end of the line in the Crystal Grove, just like all their predecessors.

Kash and I need to work on Aedan and Calamity's characters, as well as The Ravenbloods, and then of course the lowly Fallon and Alura, however, we're too busy farming for the Black cat. [[Spoiler alert]] Kash on Reed, got this pet dropped a couple of days ago! Shhh, act surprised when and if he finally decides to post on it. ;)

Turtle mount, new pet drops

After doing the Halloween quests that just recently came out, Kai and myself have been farming Nightshade over and over trying to get the black cat so we don't have to buy it with crowns. We've gotten a few other Halloween drops, but, not the cat. We're going to keep trying for it until we get it, but, we both finally got the greater imp which we both needed, as well as a few extra blue banshee's and midnight sprites.

And, while we haven't been able to do much of Celestia on the test realm due to how many people are on there on a daily basis, and the fact that there aren't that many realms, its almost impossible for us to do it. What we have done has been really hard, but we have taken advantage of the over abundance of crowns on there. I bought the turtle, but the reasoning for this screenie is if you look closely, he's smiling. He's apparently very happy to be in Celestia, don't you think?

Halloween around the Spiral

AHHH! Lol, ghosts ghosts, where ever you are! Ghosts have invaded Wizard City with the upcoming holiday of Hallows Eve. Love Hallows Eve, one of my favorite holidays, if not my absolute favorite. Why? Well, I'll tell you it's not because of candy, or dressing up. :)

I'm really enjoying the festivities in game, and farming is an absolute must if I don't want to spend crowns. Especially since I don't have a whole lot to begin with. So far, I've recieved the Greater Imp, from Mordecai, a Happy Pumpkin Head from Nightshade. Trying to get the black cat! Kash has gotten Ninja pig shoes from Nightshade so far too. But, we've only spent an hour farming him. Well, back to more farming.

Frostzilla!

Yay, I finally got my Frostzilla. After about 7 tries, I got it. Woot. Go me. In the process I managed to get the Stormwarden, three Stormzillas, and two new Ice Colossus' lol.



I still need to level up Ryan's Orthus, and then I can start hatching using Orthus and Stormzilla to see if I can get the hybrids. I'm excited. Kash and I are also going to start hatching using our hybrids, to get each others hybrids. Since, I want the Levithian/Creeper/Helion recieved from Hydra. Especially since it is going to be a long while before Fallon has her Hydra, lol.

Hydras

After a few hatching tries with Kai's Ice character's Colossus, and my fire character's Helephant, I finally have two more hydra hybrids that I had been wanting for my balance house. I'm excited, although I'm not really sure about why KI named the ice hydra hybrid creeper, while the others are leviathan and helion. That name just does not fit in my opinion.





Now that I have the elemental hydra's, now I need to try and get the seraph, wraith, and the myth one for my balance house. Alittle disappointed that they won't look like hydra's but, oh well. I also want hybrids that look like golem's I think they are called. The colossus looking pets. At least for Tristan's house.

As Kieran and Tristan, we have been farming for our level fifty gear sets for all of our character's. We were at Kraysys for days, and now that we are finished with that, we have moved on to Spiderkeeper, and we will probably be there for a while, because, we've already done it a couple of days and we've gotten nothing. I think that I might move to snowcrusher instead, but, we've got to do spiderkeeper eventually. Anyone else have a hard time with her?

Princess Madison and the Ravens

Been mainly sticking to questing on the Myth Twins, and they finally made it to the Ravens in Grizzleheim. Only took three days of nothing but more questing in GH. And guess just how many levels they upped the entire time?? They went from level 45 to dundundunnnnnnnn...45. Yep. All that questing, added up to nothing.

That is the ONLY thing I hate about GH. But, I can't complain too much, since KI specifically said that they made GH as a side world anyway, just something to do when you don't feel like doing what you have been doing. Which is the same redundant questing, if you're working on your third GM anyway. Lol.

However, I have finally managed (with Kash's help of course) to level up Ryan's faithful dragon, Princess Madison, the friendly dragon to ancient. First pet EVER for me to level up past adult. Most likely she will be my first ever Epic pet. She is awesome. I love her. I seriously doubt I will even use her Orthus (when she gets it) unless it produces as good stats as Madison.

Well, I'm off to play some more in Dragonspyre. Trying to get the twins to level 48, and then to GM before Celestia arrives!

More pets found; Grubb and Glitch

Been farming, and I got more pets. Woot. Here are the screen shots:









Also, Kash and I went and helped Nina through Sunken city, her on Autumn Legend (sibling to the Myth Twins) and we were on our death twins, Mycin and Mason Ravenblood when I noticed Grubb had a new look! I've been noticing this all over the spiral and I am very happy that KI has decided to change the look of the redundant mobs/bosses over all. Good job KI! It was also this run that I recieved for the first time the blue cat thug.

Tyson is HUGE in comparison to his master Adrian, lol. Just had to print screen this. Glitches are too funny. I wish I could see those though like I've read in other bloggers posts about floating pets, or even wizards! That would be awesome to witness.

Fallon Wishes upon a Celestian Star

Okay, so not really, BUT it fit with the theme of this blog post, so, here goes.

I've been a subscriber now off and on for almost two years, and I've never gone in to the test realm. Not even for Grizzleheim, or the pets. Just didn't feel like it. But of course, this is Celestia we're talking about, so I just HAD to do it. I used my lowest character to do so, since all the talk was that you just had to be a level 6 char to receive and complete the quest.

Now, I was thinking that you had to be level six to start, but I didn't really know if I would be able to finish it. Honestly, it probably would have been much harder if Fallon was level six, but alas, she is level 14. It took a long while for things to load, but once it did, I had a blast. As short as the quest was, it was still interesting.



I'm not a Selena Gomez fan, just to start that off, but I have nothing against her. Not like I do with Miley Cyrus. Can't STAND her. Blech. Seriously. Can't stand her. Selena actually has decent music, and nice lyrics too. So, that's a plus. Also, she seems like a decent human being, unlike so many not so decent humans in the world.

I love a lot of things about the overall look of the place. Only thing bugging me is the lack of visual clarity. It's so hard to see anything around. It's going to be like Marleybone (for Kash and I) but with out the lagging to blame. I also took off Fallon's mount to be enthralled by the fact that she was swimming, as was her trusty sidekick, the Rain Colossus.

So, awesome.

I also totally took advantage of the crowns in the test. I bought her the Carnival clothing style set, as well as the Ascendant staff, and the seraph wings. LOVE the seraph wings, always have, just can't afford them. Can't afford much in game, being as though I'm unemployed. :( Oh well, I have my subscription! I was SOO tempted to get the storm hound *tear* but alas, I couldn't torture myself any longer.



I will, some how come up with this clothing style for Fallon when she's level 50. I've got some parts already actually saved in her bank to stitch at a later date. Now, just have to get her to level 50. Yeah..not gonna happen for a while, lol.

The Ravenbloods Prism Death, again

Mycin and Mason made it to level 18 finally, receiving their death prisms for the second time. Since we deleted the original Ravenbloods to start them over, they've kind of just been sitting on the back burner chillin' a while along with Kieran and Tristan's cousins, Alura and Fallon. Though, we play the Ravenbloods more than we do the cousins.

Not for any particular reason, it just usually always happens that way. Anyway, Mycin and Mason rushed around and finally stood in front of this here guy, name escapes me, to learn the secret words to forge their prism spells. Pretty excited. Something also exciting, or more like funny:



For some reason Mycin's pet was the only thing you could see on my end, lol. It's like he isn't even in the battle, but you can sure see Lord Fluffy there!

The Myth Twins make it to Mooshu

First, The Myth Twins, Ryan and Reed, recieved their final minion spell, annnd we leveled them up to 40. Their clothes, are hideous. So, of course, more farming to be done. But, they are both half way there to getting their Myth HOUSES! Woot. I can't wait.



Also, while farming on them, both Ryan and Reed managed to snag a piece of the rainbow. So to speak, they at least managed to snag the piece that makes the gold appear at the end. Their Myth Leprechauns! I have a lot of dreaded farming ahead, as I'm still trying to get my death leprechaun from Dean Vladmir Darkflame in the Labrynth.



Soo mad when Kash got that randomly in there one time while actually questing. I plan on giving the death leprechaun to Ryan when I get it, since her second school is death. We also need to farm for the plain ol' leprechaun, just for me to have, and for Reed to wear, since his second school is life. We thought that would be a cool thing for the two to wear.

Pet Farming Frenzy

Sorry for the late post. I've been real busy with things out side of Wizard, and when I've been on the computer, I've been playing Wiz, not writing about it. I'm sure you all can understand.

Let's start with Yeva Spiderkeeper and her spider...that just would not show. Kai got the pet from her many times before she finally let one go in my direction.



Here are some other pets I've recently received, some easily, others, not so much.

New pets for me!

First off, I want to say why we haven't really been posting much lately. Despite we've taken screen shots....I personally, haven't really felt like doing much. And, here's a shocker: I've not hardly been feeling like playing wiz either *gasp* however, there is a reason for that. My grandmother, very recently, despite having been given a clean bill of health, had a severe stroke a week and a half ago. Leaving her paralyzed on her right side, unable to talk, eat, or drink.

As per her living will, she received no medical help aside from a bed to stay in at the hospital, until they moved her to a hospice, where she finally passed away just two days ago, Sept. 1st 2010. She had only just turned 72 years old, and she was the support system for my entire family. The go-to woman that everyone loved, admired, and respected. She was a mother, and a grandmother to me, and she was very dear to my heart. I miss her. And I wish her well in the afterlife.

Lucky for me, I have my best friend to help me through this. Kash. Couldn't have survived this with out him. Thank you Kash. For everything.

Now, on to my in-game achievements. If you haven't already deduced, Kash and I share a computer for playing Wizard, so its usually only one of us actually manning both clients while we run around the spiral. With the passing of my grandmother, as I stated, I've not even felt like playing wizard even, and so he has done most of the actual running around, and farming for us. Here is some of what he managed to get for me.

To close, I'd just like to say that I hope everyone reading this is in good spirits, and they are in good health. I wish you and yours all the health and happiness one can have. Never know when tomorrow might not be in your, or a loved ones future, so make the best of today while you still can. Live, love, learn. Most importantly, smile. Never forget to smile.

Saving creatures around the spiral.

After hours and hours of trying his best, Tristan finally rescued the poor little fire bat that was stashed away in the Gurtok Barrier Demon's cave. Tristan wasn't sure if he would ever be able to save him, but, after a back pack and a few wheel barrels full of toy trains, the demon released the creature. Tristan already knows where the best place the firebat will have a great life - with his good friend Suri Summergrove.



After donating all those toy trains to the little bears of Grizzleheim and a few other places around the spiral, Tristan heard the cries of another poor little bird in the Glacial Wastes. Tristan followed the cries of said bird, and found out it was an ice bird being held captive from a evil Grizzleheimian named Nightwing. It took a few tries but Tristan being the powerful wizard that he is, he "convinced" him to release the bird and Tristan has taken him back to his home until Calamity Starcatcher can pick her up from him.



Tristan had a letter awaiting for him from Suri Summergrove telling him about how she saw Ember Everburn had a sunbird in a cage and she tried to save it but couldn't. Strutting off to Mooshu, Tristan stormed into the dojo and demanded the bird to be released. Ember Everburn had no choice but to listen to this Grandmaster of Sorcery and the sunbird is now resting happily at Tristan's lovely balance house in Krokotopia.



With all of that said, Tristan and Kieran finally mated their stormzilla and hydra together. I'm quite upset that I ended up with another Hydra, but happy to see that Kieran got a Fatezilla out of the deal. I will definitely hatch again as soon as we can both farm enough to save up enough to hatch again.
