Long overdue update by Zaolan

I have been putting this blog entry off for as long as it could because for whatever reason - lately, all my screenies that I've been taking of Suri reaching Master Artisan, reaching level 60, getting Efreet, gaining a few dropped items from farming, etc, are.not.taking despite they say they took. I was going to take a video of me using Efreet but then my Xfire wouldn't work for whatever reason either. I do think that my issues are over though. So, here is an update from moi, Zaolan.

-My Wizard101 Updates-

.Suri reached Master Artisan finally.
.Suri reached level 58, and achieved her spell Efreet.
.Reed reached Master Artisan.
.Calamity got her robe that I want for her new look for stitching lvl 60.
.Still farming for Suri's robe for the same thing.
.Finally got a death ninja pig, professor wu, and a green swords display as drops.
.Got st. patricks day wands dropped at Jade Oni.
.Hatched with Grace and got myself a Reaver (Satyr + Hydra)
.Alura made it to the krokosphinx as well as Grizzleheim finally.
.Calamity made it to Dragonspyre.
.Ravenbloods made it to Mooshu - not sure if this was ever talked about.




We've been doing a lot of farming for Suri's robe at Yakedo. He has dropped so many things, including the robe for Xinaed at least three times, but, has yet to give it to me. Which really makes me angry but it happens. Some things just take a million and one tries of farming. I did, however, finally get that green swords display that I always wanted for Suri's Mooshu house, so that is a plus. And, a nifty death pig that I had forgotten that he even dropped in there. At the moment we're working on that, getting Calamity and Aedan through with GH and started in DS. We've been working on crafting lately too, since for me at least I've got a lot of reagent hunting to do. Been trying to get Alura and Fallon moved up in levels as well, but haven't really gotten far at all.

With that said, Xin and I have been playing a lot of sims life stories and pet stories while farming and crafting. I haven't ever really updated on what I've been doing since I didn't think anyone would be interested. But, since I've not that much to write about and Xin has been on my case about blogging for all of our lovely readers, I might as well. I do like Pet stories a lot since it gives something to the game that I wish we had on life stories too. But, I haven't gotten much done on that one minus just playing the story sims that came with the game. But, on my life stories game I have a few made families and maybe minus one I've grown attached to them. I've made myself a legacy family, alien on top of that. Not really sure any of our readers are sims players and if they are or arent know what a legacy family is, but, Xin got me into making one. I've still learning on what it is, but, its been fun. They've two children now, almost at the top of their careers and very intelligent. :)

With that said, since it had already been talked about by Greyrose, I hope none of you wizard101 players fell for that person/people that was going around stating they were apart of wizard101/KI's marketing team and wanted you to take screenies for them for subscriptions/crowns benefits. We were emailed about it, but we knew immediately to contact someone since it seemed phoney. I would think that if someone from KI was really looking for some of their players to help them it would be posted on their website or even facebook somewhere. Not just random emails in the middle of the night.

Not really much more to say. Hopefully I've gotten my screenies and xfire under control now so I can blog more about our travels through the spiral and what not.
